IntelleCheck Improved with New Release & Legacy Release Reminder

We recently released IntelleCheck 3.4, which is full of client recommended improvements including report and security enhancements. Some of the improvements in this release include:
  • Voided direct deposits and Higher One payments added to summary report
  • Users can now specify report sorting parameters
  • Version information has been added to the log file when the IntelleCheck Mapplet is started
  • New report created which shows user security
  • Void Check Register report displays which users have voided checks
As always, you should ensure that you have a current server backup before clicking Check for Updates in the MAPS Configuration Tool. If you have any difficulty with the updates, just contact our HelpDesk as we’re here to help.   We look forward to your feedback on the latest release and encourage everyone to keep the great ideas coming.
We have also fixed a variety of issues including the following:
General Related:
  • Expanded the EVIBCCHK_CUSTOM1-10 fields to VARCHAR2(255)
  • Expanded EBIVCSEC and EBIVCUSEC USERID fields to VARCHAR2(60)
  • Removed the extra CR/LF in the last line of a positive pay file
  • Corrected logic which considers check type in the summary report
  • Corrected logic which considers check type in the check register invoice report
  • Adjusted alignment of the totals for the check registers invoice report
  • Changed the wording for warning messages due to permission problems
Higher One Related:
  • Added scroll bars to the reconciliation action summary pop-up message
  • Changed EVIBCHOC_EFFECTIVE_DATE and EVIBCHOC_ACTITITY_DATE to DATE types
  • Added the ability to rename Higher One card queries
  • Enhanced debug options for Higher One files
  • Fixed an error where scheduled queries could not be stopped
As you can see we are busy making IntelleCheck the most solid product that it can be as well as easy to use and administer.
Reminder: If you're using release 1.3 of IntelleCheck, you will need to upgrade to the newest release to take advantage of the latest features and benefits of IntelleCheck. Our HelpDesk support for IntelleCheck 1.3 ends January 1st, 2012. We’re happy to help you upgrade to the newest release.
