Greetings,
Winter is upon us and the end of the year is in sight. 2011 has been a great year for Evisions, and we hope it has been a success for you too, both in and out of the office.

But as 2011 comes to a close, it’s time to start planning for 2012. Registration is now open for the 6th Annual Evisions Conference on March 25th in Las Vegas. This conference consists of one day, filled with both Evisions and client presentations, discussions and collaboration. Those who have attended in the past will tell you it is crammed full of information.

Also in the news, we are pleased to announce our Product Roadmap is available on our website. Now you can see what we have planned for our products in 2012.

We have another great Argos Tech Tip for you from our technical staff on dashboard creation using multiple forms and graphs. If you use (or want to use) dashboards with charts & graphs, this is a great tip for how to add drill-down capabilities.

Australian Catholic University is our most recent client snap shot. In this article you will see how they used Argos to give multiple campuses access to the same up-to-date information.

Finally, check out the Employee Spotlight section to read about our own Christie Mercado and her adventure on the TV show "Wipeout", as well as our participation in the 21st Annual CHOC Walk in the Park.

Registration & Presentation Submission for the Evisions Conference Now Available!
Join us for a full day of education and collaboration on Sunday, March 25th at Mandalay Bay Resort in Las Vegas. During the Sixth Annual Evisions Conference there will be sessions to help your institution be successful with the Evisions Suite of products. As in the past, this conference is geared towards each of the Evisions products; Argos, FormFusion, DataMasque, IntelleCheck and MAPS. We will have over 25 breakout sessions for all user roles and interest areas. These sessions will be presented by your colleagues at higher education institutions and from our Evisions Professional Services and Technical Support staff. Click here to register for this awesome day of learning and sharing!

For those interested in presenting, please submit your presentation proposal using the "Call for Presentations Submission Form" on the Evisions Conference website.

Call for presentations will close on December 9, 2011. If your presentation is approved, a "Conference Fee Waiver" will be provided.

Evisions Product Roadmap Now Available Online
You asked. We answered. We’re pleased to announce our Product Roadmap is available on the Evisions website. You can click on individual items in the Product Roadmap to see more detail. The Roadmap communicates the intended direction for the Evisions product suite including Argos, FormFusion, IntelleCheck, DataMasque and MAPS. Evisions is committed to continuous enhancements for all of our products. Keep the great ideas coming!

Client Spotlight: Australian Catholic University – Time Saved and Real-Time Admissions Data Achieved
Time consuming and slow. That was the situation for Australian Catholic University who was using spreadsheets for their Direct Admissions reporting. Manually assembled reports meant they were out-of-date when received. See how Argos gave them a consistent, up-to-date, single version of the truth.

Employee Spotlight: Christie Mercado
Meet Christie Mercado of our Product Support Team. Every day she is challenged by her job but this summer she appeared on the challenging TV show, "Wipeout". She remembers being tossed in the air like a rag doll after bouncing off the first infamous giant red wipeout ball. Christie states, "Everything was good until I hit the freezing water. I was so glad afterwards to rinse off the chunks of baby food I was covered in." It was an amazing experience for her and we’re happy to have her on our team.
Employees in Action: Evisions Employees Join the 21st Annual CHOC Walk in the Park
Many of us participated in the Children’s Hospital of Orange County (CHOC) Walk in the Park at Disneyland in support of our Sales Engineer, Gerry Hicks, and the hospital that means so much to him, his family and the Orange County community. After weeks of collecting sponsorships, we joined the “Sea of Turquoise” and walked with pride in memory of Timmaree Hicks.

This year Team Timmaree Rocks had 232 walkers and raised over $31K! We’re proud to say that over $5k of that came from the Evisions portion of the team! 27 employees donated, 16 of us walked on the day of the event and brought 13 friends and family members with us.
