Yes, it is that time of year again. Located in the Tax Center section of the www.evisions.com website are the 2011 templates for W-2, 1099-MISC, 1098-T and 1042-S forms. These forms can be easily downloaded.  Coming soon will be the template for the 1099-K form which is for Merchant Card and Third Party Network Payments. Also available on the site is the FormFusion Tax Template User Guide to assist in using the templates. We've made the Tax Center page even easier to use than before.

The templates are provided as a starting point for tax form processing. Some slight adjustments might be necessary to work in your environment and produce ideal output, as all printers, systems, and forms vary.

Note: If you downloaded the FormFusion 3.0 W2 and/or 1099-MISC template file prior to 12/20/2011, please download the updated file. All templates require FormFusion 1.09 or later. To upgrade to the latest version of FormFusion, please submit a HelpDesk ticket. To download the templates you will need a user name to the Evisions Support Site. If you are interested in custom output, you will need to adapt the templates for your specific needs. Such modifications are not included in the FormFusion licensing package, nor are they supported by our staff. In special circumstances, we can assist on an hourly basis.
