FormFusion 2012 Tax Templates      ** Now Available **

2012 Tax Templates for both FormFusion 1.9 and 3.x versions are available.

You will be prompted to sign into the website to download the templates.  If you do not have a user name, please see your Evisions Support Site Administrator or contact the HelpDesk at helpdesk@evisions.com.

 

**Files have been updated**   If you downloaded prior to 12/19/12, please make sure you download any relevant updates.  More information available here.

 


Template Notes

The templates are provided as a starting point and may need to be adjusted slightly to work in your environment and produce ideal output, as all printers, systems, and forms vary.

Note: If you are interested in custom output, you will need to adapt the templates for your specific needs. Such modifications are not included in the FormFusion licensing package, nor are they supported by our staff. In special circumstances, we can assist on an hourly basis. Contact our HelpDesk for more information.
