| Gregg
County Meets Evisions
|
| |
When
Gregg County first contacted
Evisions in 1997, they had
been a client of SunGard Higher Education
for just
a few years. They were looking
to change their purchase orders
and needed a solution for
laser printing A/P and payroll
checks. Prior to their introduction
to Evisions, the County was
spending a lot of valuable
time moving files from the
server to a PC, and then using
separate software to print
checks. They also sought to
eliminate all the steps involved
in printing and internally
distributing purchase orders
by finding a solution that
would make their documents
look great and take less time
to produce. |

Evisions'
FormFusion Suite and their
check module were the answers
to the printing needs of the
County. Now they have professional
looking laser printed documents
without using pre-printed
forms, data export software,
or special printers. All Gregg
County has to do is simply
run the process through job
submission and print. There
are no other steps. According
to Database Administrator,
Darlene Beard, "They
[Evisions] were always helpful
and accommodating whether
it be a Banner® upgrade
problem or when we needed
to make changes…" |
| |
As
a result of the great Evisions
service, Gregg County has
expanded its use of Evisions
products over the years. According
to Darlene, "Their [Evisions]
work is top notch and…it
does everything that they
say it would…our staff
is ecstatic…" |
