Skills: The Evisions Vice President of Marketing is the head of all Marketing activities and will provide strategic leadership to the marketing team. This position reports directly to the President, and is part of the executive leadership for Evisions. The VP of Marketing is responsible for all activities related to conceptualizing and implementing market and brand strategy as well as effectively reaching Evisions target market for all Evisions solutions.

Position: Professional Services Project Coordinator

Type: Full Time

Skills: The Project Coordinator is responsible for accomplishing project objectives by planning and evaluating project activities for the Professional Services Consulting and Development departments. The successful candidate will ensure the successful completion of projects for our clients using project management skills, tools and resources. The successful candidate will achieve human resource objectives by assisting with project orienting, assigning and scheduling Professional Services employees. The successful candidate will achieve operational objectives by contributing information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews; preparing and completing action plans; implementing production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards; resolving problems; completing audits; identifying trends; determining system improvements; implementing change. The successful candidate will achieve financial objectives by identifying project requirements; analyzing project variances; and initiating corrective actions. As needed, the successful candidate will also assist the Professional Services department in providing custom report development when time permits. The successful candidate will act as subject matter expert on project management tools and techniques as they relate to Higher Education and Evisions’ current operations.

Position: Consultant - Higher Education

Type: Full Time

Skills: Consultants for Higher Education require a broad and deep understanding of the Higher Education industry, including annual cycles for reporting and operations, best practices, and standard technologies adopted by institutions world-wide. This position’s primary responsibility is servicing our clients in strategic reporting initiatives, helping clients understand security and reporting best practices, managing client expectations, and ensuring client success through engaged consultation. This position also may be asked to deliver training and development. This position reports directly to the Manager of Consulting and Development. This position requires a minimum of 50% travel.

Position: Professional Services - Trainer (Higher Education)

Type: Full Time

Skills: The Professional Services Higher Education Trainer is responsible for consulting and training services to meet client reporting needs in Latin America. Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to, training, development of training materials, product installation, and configuration. Regular international and domestic travel is required and is anticipated to be approximately 75% overall.

Position: Java Developer

Location: Irvine, California

Type: Full Time

Skills: The Java Developer is responsible for designing and developing application software. The developer will work in a small, close-knit, team environment. Successful candidates must be able to work alone, or as part the team, to develop software solutions (or enhance existing solutions) to meet client needs. This position is responsible for effectively communicating with the team and other departments. The developer must have the capability to creatively develop products to meet functional specifications.

The ability to develop software solutions requires advanced programming skills. Prior professional programming experience is required, including at least four years’ experience with Java. Experience writing applications using the Spring framework and Hibernate is also required.

Position: Software Quality Assurance Analyst (Portland)

Location: Portland, Oregon

Type: Full Time

Skills: The role of Software Quality Assurance Analyst is responsible for validating software features and functionality against documented requirements and functional specifications. The candidate is expected to prepare test strategies, and scripts for automated and manual test execution. Effectively detect, characterize, and communicate defects to development teammates and Product Management. Trace application behavior to its origins using available records (e.g. a requirements document, ticket, email, or conversation), effectively question design assumptions and perform requirements gap analysis. Extract expected product functionality from Subject Matter Experts when necessary. Gain an understanding of the functionality and technical constraints of our software. Act as one of the escalation points for technical issues reported by Support and other functional areas within the company.

Candidate will assist in defining standards and process to perform the appropriate functional, regression, integration and performance testing to deliver high quality results to internal and external users.
