Position: Trainer, Higher Ed

Type: Full Time

Skills: Trainers in the Professional Services department require a broad and deep understanding of the Higher Education industry and Argos. The position’s primary responsibility is to meet client reporting needs and ensure a client’s successful Argos implementation. Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to technical training, development of training materials, and helping clients understand security and reporting best practices. This position also may be asked to deliver consulting services which may include gathering and codifying client reporting needs, developing of reports, product installation, and configuration. This position anticipates 75% travel.

Position: Software Quality Assurance Analyst (Portland)

Location: Portland, Oregon

Type: Full Time

Skills: The role of Software Quality Assurance Analyst is responsible for validating software features and functionality against documented requirements and functional specifications. The candidate is expected to prepare test strategies, and scripts for automated and manual test execution. Effectively detect, characterize, and communicate defects to development teammates and Product Management. Trace application behavior to its origins using available records (e.g. a requirements document, ticket, email, or conversation), effectively question design assumptions and perform requirements gap analysis. Extract expected product functionality from Subject Matter Experts when necessary. Gain an understanding of the functionality and technical constraints of our software. Act as one of the escalation points for technical issues reported by Support and other functional areas within the company.

Candidate will assist in defining standards and process to perform the appropriate functional, regression, integration and performance testing to deliver high quality results to internal and external users.

Position: Implementation Consultant (Portland)

Skills: Play a lead role in implementing Evisions software solutions for research organizations. We are seeking a seasoned Implementation Consultant with experience guiding successful deployments of enterprise software solutions. You’ll assist in defining customer configuration needs, setting schedules, communicating issue resolution and generally ensuring our customers get the care and attention they need. You'll also help define integrations between proprietary software application platforms and with open source database technologies.
