The Evisions Platform
Four products for higher education. One platform underneath.
Reports every office runs itself, answers to the follow-up question, documents that go out finished, and payments without the manual steps. Start with the one your campus needs most, and add the rest as more offices ask.
Where to start
Start with the job, not the product
Most institutions arrive with one process that hurts. Pick the one that sounds like yours; each card jumps to the product on this page, and each product section links on to its full page.
01
People are waiting on important reports
Every question routes through the two or three people who hold database credentials, and the order things get answered in has nothing to do with what matters.
02
Leadership wants AI your governance committee can approve
The cabinet wants to ask questions in everyday language. The committee wants to see how each answer was reached before anyone acts on it.
03
Somebody is merging documents by hand during the worst week of the term
Retrieve the record, populate the template, generate the PDF, send it, a few thousand times.
04
Somebody still feeds check stock into a printer every pay cycle
Stock in a cabinet, a file crossing the network, a stack of checks on a desk.
Argos
The governed layer everything else is built on
The registrar checks enrollment, financial aid works its exceptions, and the controller pulls budget-to-actual, without filing a request or waiting on IT. Your team builds each report once, and every office runs it, filters it, and gets it on a schedule from then on.
Dashboards, data exploration, and pivot analysis come with it, in the browser, at no additional cost.
- Governed self-service. Your team builds the object and decides who runs it. Everyone else gets answers without SQL or an ERP login.
- Dashboards included. Built on the same objects, so the numbers on a dashboard match the numbers in the report.
Argos Data Agent
Plain-language questions, with the SQL shown
A dean asks which programs lost the most students last spring and gets the answer without a report request. Every answer shows the SQL behind it, so an analyst can check it before anyone acts on it.
Licensed separately from Argos, in Core and Advanced tiers.
- Every answer shows its work. the SQL it ran and the DataBlock it ran against, so an analyst can reproduce it.
- No second access model. It inherits the permissions you already administer.
FormFusion
Documents your ERP was never going to produce on its own
Baseline forms carry the fields the vendor chose, in the layout the vendor chose. FormFusion takes that output, adds the data your template cannot accommodate, applies your branding and layout, and delivers it through whichever channel that document needs.
Setting up a document takes real work once. After that it runs unattended, and it does not require Argos.
- Fields your baseline form cannot carry, including calculated and conditional content.
- Five delivery paths from one process: encrypted email, your web portal, imaging, DocuSign, and print.
IntelleCheck
Disbursement without the intermediate file
IntelleCheck handles accounts payable, payroll, student refunds, and direct deposit advices without pre-printed check stock. It integrates into your ERP environment instead of sitting beside it, so no file crosses the network between steps.
Support specifics vary by ERP environment. Tell us what you run and we will confirm before you go further.
- Positive Pay included, not priced as an add-on, integrating with your bank's existing program.
- Complete audit trails and conditional signatures, so a run keeps moving when a signer is away.
MAPS
The platform all four run on
MAPS handles authentication, permissions, query management, and administration for every product above. Directory integration and single sign-on are configured once; each product's permissions are set inside the same platform, by the same team, so a second product never means a second directory integration or a second security questionnaire.
For the people who have to review us, that consolidation is what they see. One directory integration. One security questionnaire. One HECVAT. One Trust Center. One vendor.
- One permission model, with LDAP group sync, SAML SSO, and Execute, Modify, and Full tiers.
- Permissions constrain, they do not override. Ours narrow what your database already allows. They never widen it.
Not sure which one you need?

Or start from what you already run
You run Banner
Connectivity, the Starter Pack, and what survives an upgrade.
You run Colleague
Connectivity through Data Gateway and Ethos, and what a Colleague institution should expect.
You are evaluating AI
What Argos Data Agent reads, what it shows, and what your governance committee will ask.
You are the one who has to review us
Deployment, permissions, HECVAT, and what adding a second product costs your team.
Trust and security
What is true of all of it
The Trust Center is published and the HECVAT is available on request, so a reviewer can start before anyone schedules a call.
Higher education only
We do not sell to anyone else. Every object, form, and payment type was built against a student system.
Licensed per institution
Unlimited users and unlimited connections, and no ERP seat to run a report, so adoption is a permission decision instead of a budget one. The one exception is Argos Data Agent Advanced, which is licensed per seat.
On-premises, hybrid, or SaaS
You pick, and you can change your mind. The same permission model and the same objects carry across each, and Professional Services scopes what a move later involves before anyone commits to a date.

A community that ships content
The CO-OP community shares objects and forms between institutions, including Starter Packs for Banner SaaS and Colleague SaaS.
Documentation
HECVAT on request, a Trust Center, FERPA-aligned data handling, encryption in transit, and masking and redaction for Argos Data Agent.
Frequently asked questions
Questions we get asked first
Do we have to buy all of them?
No. Most institutions start with one and add another when a second process becomes the bottleneck. FormFusion works without Argos, and IntelleCheck does not require FormFusion on-premises.
What is included with Argos, and what is licensed separately?
Dashboard Designer, Explore Data, and Pivot Mode are included with Argos at no additional cost. Argos Data Agent is licensed separately, in Core and Advanced tiers.
Which ERPs do these work with?
Argos runs on Banner and Colleague, on-premises and in SaaS, and connects to other student systems through ODBC, REST, and Ethos APIs. FormFusion and IntelleCheck support varies by ERP environment, so tell us what you run and we will confirm specifically.
Does adding a second product mean a second security review?
No. All four run on MAPS, so it is one directory integration, one questionnaire, one HECVAT, and one Trust Center regardless of how many products you license.
What does it cost?
Licensing is per institution rather than per user, with unlimited users and connections on the reporting layer and no ERP seat required for report access. The one exception is Argos Data Agent at the Advanced tier, which is licensed per seat. Core is unlimited.
Who will we be working with?
People who have done your job. Our consultants and support staff came from campus IT and institutional reporting before they worked here, because higher education is the only sector we build for. Support is in-house, with no outsourced agents, and it is the thing customers raise unprompted more than anything else about us.
How long does implementation take?
It depends on your environment and how much you want live on day one, so it varies considerably from one institution to the next. Professional Services scopes it with you.
How does this coexist with our ERP vendor's own analytics?
Ellucian Insights aggregates data across Ellucian products on a managed data layer. Argos works directly against your own environment, on definitions your team controls. Most institutions run both.
Where does our data go when AI is involved?
Zero Data Retention. Institutional data is not retained by the model provider for training or reuse, and the Data Masking Manager can block a DataBlock, mask a column, or redact a value before anything reaches it.
Can we talk to an institution like ours?
Yes. Tell us your size, your ERP, and the office asking, and we will introduce you to a customer who matches instead of one who happens to be quotable.
What if none of these is the right answer?
Then you have a different problem than the one we solve. We only sell into higher education, so we tend to know which of these questions we can help with and which we cannot.
Next step
Built for higher education, and nothing else
Every product, every support call, and every consultant is focused on campus work.
