This notice applies to the following products and services (collectively the “Licensed Products”) provided by Evisions:

  • Argos Data Agent

2. Purpose of this Notice

This notice lists license terms associated with:

  • Information, software components, or services provided by third parties and made available through the Licensed Products
  • Functionality within the Licensed Products that allows users to interact with Non-Evisions Services or technologies.

“Non-Evisions Services” refers to products, services, software, APIs, or tools that interoperate with a Licensed Product but are provided by third-party providers.

3. Argos Data Agent

The Argos Data Agent enables customers to access AI models and inference services provided by third-party providers. Any Non-Evisions services available through the Argos Data Agent are provided subject to the terms set forth below:
