Overview
Four sessions, so the right people sit through the right days
Training that puts administrators, designers, and report writers in the same room for three days wastes most of everyone's week. This package is split into four sessions aimed at different groups, so people attend what applies to them.
Two of the four are hands-on. The other two, the demonstration and the MAPS configuration session, are structured as walkthroughs with discussion, because that is what they need to be.
