This marks the second year in a row Evisions is on the list – and the first time ranking among the top five in the designated category.

Evisions’ inclusion in the Medium Employer Category is a result of a two-part process coordinated by the Orange County Business Journal and Best Companies Group. The first part consisted of evaluating each employer’s workplace policies, practices, and demographics. The second part consisted of an employee survey to measure the employee experience. The combined scores determined the top organizations and the final ranking.
